Our mission is to teach young professionals how to start out in the real world with good money habits, before you form bad ones!
“There can be no doubt that over time the transition to adulthood has become less linear, more complex, risky and precarious”
— Chartered Institute of Housing & The Health Foundation, 2019 —
Becoming financially self-sufficient is a huge part of gaining independence and feeling grown up, but 72% of 18-34 year olds have experienced wellbeing issues linked to money, according to the Money Advice Service.
Our vision
We envision a world where the moment you get your first paycheck, you are equipped with the confidence and the knowledge to kickstart your own wealth journey.
Our approach
Speaking from experience
Our founder, Rosie, had to learn everything she knows about money through figuring it out herself.
As a certified money coach who has trained with the UK’s leading financial coach, Simonne Gnessen, Rosie is perfectly placed to help you accelerate getting on top of your finances:
“I left university with my savings and disposable cash in one big soup of a bank account. I know how bewildering it can be not knowing where to start, whilst feeling as though everyone else has things more together than you do. Believe me, they probably don’t!”
Your unique journey
We always start by helping you get ‘big picture’ clarity on your own situation and what good looks like. We explore the core elements of good money management, tailoring the journey to your unique priorities and values.
Perhaps you’re seeking a better balance between your professional and personal priorities and you want to know what your options are. Or the ambition to build generational wealth might be a real driver for you. Maybe deep down you know you need to tune into your finances, but the thought of investing in fossil fuels turns your stomach. At The Money Jam, we are in the business of making sure your finances support you in being whoever you want to be.

Focus on outcomes
The Money Jam is not financial advice and it is not a therapist’s couch. We are high-energy and fully focussed on helping you to discover the micro-solutions and methods that will help you to take action, crack on and achieve those goals. We are not afraid to challenge you, to hold you to account or to give you homework if it will move you forward. Nevertheless, all of this is done in a safe space where you have permission to vocalise things you may have never told another soul.
Fresh and visual
We want to create a virtual space that you want to hang out in. We want to craft sessions that you look forward to. We share materials that are ideal for visual learners, packed full of real-world examples and silly sketches. We keep checking in with you to do more of what works and do less of what doesn’t. We are the Margot Robbie In A Bathtub approach to personal finance.
Harnessing the collective
We strive to break down money taboos and maximise the benefits of being a community. We do this by supporting each other throughout our challenges and successes, and by paying it forward.
10% of our profits go to The Money Charity, who host financial education sessions in schools.
